If the festival is postponed or canceled, your passes will automatically be honored at the rescheduled date. Should you be unable to attend the new date, refunds will be offered within 30 days of the announced rescheduled date. If the festival is canceled, your passes will be refunded directly through our ticket vendor. We cannot verify the policies of any third-party ticket resellers.

If you purchase a Weekend Pass for ZONA Music Festival, your ticket to the festival will get you a wristband that is good for entry on both Saturday and Sunday. We do not recommend taking this wristband off for the duration of the weekend once it has been securely fastened on your wrist.

Single day passes for Saturday and Sunday are available now. You can find them here.

There is a $20 replacement fee for lost or damaged wristbands. Please contact boxoffice@zonamusicfest.com if your wristband is lost or damaged.

We can only guarantee the validity of passes purchased through zonamusicfest.com, seetickets.us, or our verified resale partner lyte.com.

Sure! Hand your package to your friend when it arrives or change your shipping address to theirs (it will still have your name on it, though). Make sure your friend activates their own wristband using the directions in the package. You will still show up in our records as the original purchaser. You can also visit the Official ZONA Music Festival Private Exchange to sell or transfer your ticket directly to a friend or another fan.

Only the original purchaser can pick up the order. No alternate name changes or pick-ups allowed. A valid photo ID, order number, and the credit card used to place the order are required at the time of pickup.

You can log into www.SeeTickets.US with the email address used at purchase to view your Purchase History. If you purchased as a guest, simply click "Forgot Password?" first, and then you'll be able to set one up!

If you do not receive your package by 3-4 days prior to the event, please email help@seetickets.us. See Tickets will be able to assist you in getting your order via a different method other than shipping.

Please contact boxoffice@zonamusicfest.com if you have questions about your order.

ZONA Music Festival has partnered with Lyte to give fans the option to safely sell or transfer their tickets. Visit the Official ZONA Music Festival Private Exchange to sell or transfer your ticket directly to a friend or another fan. The Private Exchange ensures authenticity for buyers and provides security for ticket holders. You can use Private Exchange for any ticket type, sold out or not.

Unlike traditional secondary market sites, Lyte has been granted a direct integration with select primary ticketing companies, ensuring a seamless and safe/secure transaction that is designed to protect the integrity of your ticket as a buyer or seller.

Select the “Sell or Transfer” option on the Official ZONA Music Festival Private Exchange page and enter the email address that you purchased your tickets with. Select the tickets you want to create the link for. Only one ticket type can be sold per link - if you have multiple ticket types to sell, you will have to create a separate link. Set the price you wish to sell your tickets for and enter your PayPal email. For ticket transfers, there may be an associated fee. You are now ready to share your link as desired!

When creating your link, you will have the option to set your custom price. Please note that there will be a limit on the maximum pricing that you can sell for.

If you are selling or transferring your ticket, you will not be charged a fee. If you are buying the ticket, you will be charged a fee. This fee varies based on the amount of tickets you are buying or receiving from the seller.

You will receive your funds via PayPal 3 business days after the event. The funds will go to the PayPal account email entered when creating the Private Exchange link. If you do not have an active PayPal account, please be sure to create one and register your account.
